These are some guidelines adopted by Curimbaba Group and, in particular, by Elfusa. The company develops projects in education, health, sports and leisure areas in order to minimize social needs and encourage the mobilization of people in building a more conscientious, fair and homogeneous society.
In this sense, Elfusa keeps in São João da Boa Vista a support structure to the employee and its dependents, providing medical and dental care, health insurance coverage with examinations and admissions, food staples, cafeteria, employee commuting to work and home, among other benefits.
To contribute to the formation and growth of its employees, the company also maintains a stipend for technical and language courses, college, and for employees who exercise management positions, graduate studies. This incentive to education also extends to dependents of employees. Each year vouchers are distributed for the purchase of school supplies to students enrolled in the 1st to 9th grade of elementary school.
In addition, through lectures and campaigns, employees are instructed to prevent accidents and diseases, apply first aid procedures and take care of hygiene; they are also encouraged to share this knowledge with family members and other people of its friends circle. Also, through a program of visits to companies, Curimbaba Group supports the training of young people for work and citizenship.
