Brown Fused Aluminum Oxide

BTCALST is a brown fused aluminum oxide obtained by a reduction fusion of high quality bauxites in electric arc furnaces. The grits are silane coated, which promotes a better connection between the abrasive grain and phenolic resin binder. In order to improve its quality this material is calcined and present low dust content. It’s recommended for high performance bonded abrasives. Produced according to ANSI or FEPA-F.
